About Jane Fraser Associates Welcome
to our website, which provides information on our courses in scientific
writing, editing and presenting.
What do we do? Founded in 1991,
Jane Fraser Associates provides tailor-made in-house training to publishers, medical
communications companies, universities, research institutes and
pharmaceutical and biotech companies worldwide.
Our
emphasis in all our courses is on practical application of
well-recognised principles of effective writing, editing and
presentation skills. Participants learn through structured activities
and discussion as well as lectures. Many courses offer participants the
chance to bring along examples of their own work and work on 'live'
projects. All courses are supported by copies of slides and extensive
course notes; copies of Jane's books can also be supplied on request.
If you are interested in an in-house course on any aspect of scientific
communication for your company or institution, please contact us for a price quote. Jane Fraser also teaches open courses at the University of Oxford - please visit their website for further information.http://cpd.conted.ox.ac.uk/personaldev/courses/effective_writing_and_presenting.asp.
